Commercial - 56 (compared to 55 on 11/24)
There were 39 new closed real estate transactions in the past week, despite the short week. The average list price, as of October 31, was $374,225, with an average sales price of $348,199. Homes are selling at 93% of list price and are averaging 190 day on the market.
